Tozitna, Limited was incorporated in Alaska on July 30, 1973. It is the Tanana village corporation organized pursuant to the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act of 1971 (ANCSA) and is located in the geographic region encompassed by the regional ANCSA corporation, Doyon, Limited.
